$10 shipping for Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast up to 20kg*

*Available for selected postcodes within the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast areas on Aramex Couriers delivery run.

Orders over 20kg will be charged $10 for every additional 20kg.


Usual delivery time is 2-3 business days. (no frozen or chilled goods can be shipped via our couriers)

 

Uber Connect Delivery:

 

Uber connect is now available for use in our store. Follow these simple steps for delivery:

1. Make an order on our website and choose "click and collect" or make an order over the phone with credit/debit card.
2. Book your own uber pickup from our address using your Uber app. ( 8/57 Ashmole road Redcliffe)
3. Track your delivery on your app and receive your order.

Please check driver availability in your area on the app before placing an order. 
Uber connect is only available during our business operating hours.
We do not accept responsibility for items once the driver has picked them up. Any issues with delivery must be taken up with Uber.

 

Australia post/Courier calculated weight/size/value shipping:

We offer calculated postage Australia wide on all products except perishable items (frozen or chilled items cannot be shipped).

Simply select the Australia Post / Courier or large item shipping when checking out and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the weight, value and size of the items in the order.

Australia Post calculated shipping rates are limited to size and weight, if this is exceeded the large item shipping option will be available. 

 

Click and collect:

Any orders can be picked up in store using the click and collect option. Just leave a message in the comments section with any details about pickup times and we will be in touch via SMS or email.

 

Returns Policy


Please provide order receipt for items needing to be returned within 7 days from the date of collection/delivery.
We can only accept returns for faulty/damaged products.
Generally refunds will be in the form of store credit unless otherwise organised with management.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order or get a replacement item in your next order.
